The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon is deep ruby in the glass with bursting aromas of blue and black fruit. Notes of blackberry, plum, and cassis are prominent, with subtle hints of tobacco, cedar, and earth on the back end of the palate. Velvety soft tannins provide the backbone for a well-balanced and elegant Cabernet, leading into a delicate finish that lingers gently on the palate. This voluptuous wine is composed of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and is drinkable now or anytime over the next 15+ years.  375 cases produced.
