2016 Claret

Our 2016 Claret greets you with a complex bouquet of wild strawberries and cassis with hints of cedar and leather.  Fresh and balanced with a beautiful magenta color, this full bodied wine has concentrated flavors with hints of spice and earthy tones that make this blend from Diamond Mountain so unique.  Round, softly integrated tannins create a smooth finish with a notable texture and freshness due to good acidity.  Sourced from our vineyards in both Napa and Sonoma, this Bordeaux-style blend of predominately Cabernet Sauvignon is rounded out with Cabernet Franc and Merlot to create a complex, yet approachable wine for all wine collectors to enjoy!
