2021 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2021 Diamond Mountain Vineyard Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is our example of, “The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.”

Each year, carefully selected sections of our Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard blocks are harvested distinctly to elevate the reserve blend.  Fermented in small French oak barrique and left on its skins for 30 days before pressing, the selected lots manifest concentration and elegance.  

After aging 21 months in our best French cooperage, only 4 barrels are produced to yield 96 cases of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.--Kevin Vecchiarelli, Winemaker
